Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 16 October 2026
Welcome to Mind Crew. These Terms & Conditions explain the arrangements for purchasing, accessing and using the Mind Crew Programme, facilitator training, school licences and associated resources.
Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Information
Mind Crew is operated by Clair Essex, trading professionally as Clair Anthony, under the business name Mind Crew.
Website: www.mindcrew.co.uk

By purchasing a Mind Crew programme or licence on behalf of a school or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to make that purchase and agree to these Terms & Conditions on its behalf.
2. Mind Crew Products and Services
Mind Crew provides a structured 12-week emotional wellbeing programme designed for primary school children, particularly those in Key Stage 2.
Our products and services may include:
-
School programme licences and access to the Mind Crew Schools Hub.
-
Online facilitator training and guidance.
-
Facilitator guides, worksheets and programme resources.
-
Children's log books and other physical materials.
-
Access to online questionnaires and programme evaluation resources.
-
Pilot programme packages offered to selected schools.
The precise contents of each purchase will be described on the relevant product or pricing-plan page.
Mind Crew is a preventative and early-support wellbeing programme. It is not a substitute for individual psychological assessment, therapy, medical treatment or specialist mental health services where these are required.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£).
The total price, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges, will be shown before checkout.
Payment must be completed using the payment methods available through our secure checkout system, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
Mind Crew reserves the right to change its prices. Any price changes will not affect purchases already completed. Changes to future subscription charges will be communicated in accordance with the applicable agreement and legal requirements.
4. Annual School Licences
The full Mind Crew Programme is available through an annual school licence.
The licence provides access to the programme materials and services specified in the purchased plan.
Annual licences renew automatically each year until cancelled.
By purchasing a recurring annual licence, the school authorises the applicable annual subscription payments.
Schools can manage and cancel their subscriptions through their account on the Mind Crew website.
Cancellation prevents subsequent automatic renewals. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, cancellation does not automatically refund an annual payment already made.
Access to licensed materials will ordinarily continue until the end of the current paid subscription period, subject to the applicable plan settings and these terms.
Once the licence expires, access to restricted programme materials, facilitator training and Schools Hub resources may be withdrawn.
Any changes to renewal prices or subscription arrangements will be communicated in advance where required.
5. Mind Crew Pilot Programme
Selected schools may be offered a Mind Crew pilot programme at a reduced, one-off price.
The current pilot offer is £300, intended to contribute towards printing and programme resource costs.
The pilot purchase is a one-off payment and does not automatically renew.
Where expressly included in the school's pilot offer, a school that subsequently purchases the full Mind Crew Programme will not be required to pay the standard £800 initial programme fee.
The school will instead pay the applicable annual licence fee and purchase any additional physical resources required.
Pilot arrangements, access periods and any special pricing conditions will be confirmed in the school's offer or purchase documentation.
Participation in a pilot does not automatically create an ongoing annual subscription.
6. Schools Hub and Online Training
Schools purchasing an eligible plan will be provided with access to the relevant restricted areas of the Mind Crew website.
Access is intended for authorised staff at the purchasing school.
Schools are responsible for ensuring that account details are kept secure and that access is not shared with unauthorised individuals or other organisations.
Mind Crew reserves the right to suspend access where there is a material breach of these terms, misuse of programme resources or a security concern. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
We aim to maintain reliable access to our online services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability during maintenance, technical failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Programme Materials and Intellectual Property
Mind Crew's original programme content, illustrations, worksheets, facilitator guides, training materials, branding and other resources are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a school licence grants the school permission to use the included resources for delivering Mind Crew within its own school during the applicable licence period.
Unless expressly authorised in writing, programme materials must not be:
-
Sold, redistributed or made publicly available.
-
Shared with other schools or external organisations.
-
Uploaded to publicly accessible websites or resource libraries.
-
Reproduced for commercial purposes outside the licensed school.
-
Modified and presented as another organisation's original programme.
Schools may print and reproduce materials for their own authorised programme delivery where the relevant licence expressly permits this.
Ownership of intellectual property remains with its respective legal owner. Purchasing a licence does not transfer ownership of the materials.
8. Physical Resources, Shipping and Delivery
Physical products, including log books and printed resources, may be purchased separately.
Delivery charges and available shipping options will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.
Customers must provide accurate delivery details and notify Mind Crew promptly of any errors.
Please refer to our separate Shipping Policy for further information.
9. Refunds, Returns and Cancellations
Cancellation and refund arrangements depend on the type of product or service purchased and whether the customer is purchasing as a business or as an individual consumer.
School purchases made on behalf of an organisation will generally be treated as business purchases.
For school programme licences, pilot packages and digital training, any contractual cancellation or refund entitlement will be as stated in the relevant purchase terms, subject to applicable law.
Individual consumers may have additional statutory cancellation rights, including a 14-day cancellation period for certain distance contracts. Special rules apply to digital content and services, and statutory cancellation rights are not automatically lost simply because materials have been accessed.
For physical goods, please refer to our Returns Policy.
Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. School Responsibilities and Safeguarding
Participating schools are responsible for selecting appropriate pupils, obtaining necessary permissions and ensuring suitable supervision during programme delivery.
Where sessions are delivered by school staff, the school remains responsible for its safeguarding policies, staff suitability, medical information, allergy arrangements and relevant pupil support needs.
Schools should ensure that facilitators are appropriately trained and follow the Mind Crew facilitator guidance alongside the school's existing safeguarding procedures.
Mind Crew does not guarantee specific emotional, behavioural or educational outcomes for individual children.
Where a child requires specialist support, the school should follow its established safeguarding and referral procedures.
11. Questionnaires, Evaluation and Confidentiality
Mind Crew may provide initial and final wellbeing questionnaires for children, parents and teachers.
Questionnaire information will be handled in accordance with the Mind Crew Privacy Policy and any applicable agreement with the participating school.
Individual progress reports will be shared securely with authorised representatives of the relevant school.
Mind Crew may use appropriately anonymised programme evaluation findings, either separately by school or across multiple schools, to demonstrate programme outcomes.
Published findings will not identify individual children or participating schools. Particular care will be taken where small participant numbers could create a risk of identification.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Mind Crew is committed to protecting personal information and complying with applicable UK data protection legislation.
Further information about how personal data is collected, used, stored and protected is provided in our Privacy Policy.
Where appropriate, separate data protection agreements will establish responsibilities between Mind Crew and participating schools.
13. Limitation of Liability
Mind Crew aims to provide programme materials and services with reasonable care and skill.
Mind Crew will not be responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from circumstances outside its reasonable control, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these terms removes a customer's applicable statutory rights.
14. Changes to These Terms
Mind Crew may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in services, legislation or business operations.
The terms applicable to a purchase will ordinarily be those accepted at the time of purchase, unless changes are subsequently agreed or otherwise lawfully applicable.
Any material changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated where required.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory legal rights that apply.
