Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 2–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• UK Delivery: Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order.

​​Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
