Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment to Accessibility

At Mind Crew, we believe that everyone should have equal opportunities to access information, resources and support.

We are committed to making our website, www.mindcrew.co.uk, as accessible and inclusive as possible for schools, facilitators, parents and other visitors, including people with disabilities or additional accessibility needs.

We aim to provide a website that is easy to navigate, clearly presented and accessible across a range of devices.

Accessibility Standards

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, which provide internationally recognised guidance for making digital content more accessible.

As part of our website development, we have used the Wix Accessibility Wizard to review and improve accessibility across our website.

This has included reviewing:

  • Text and background colour contrast

  • Heading structures and page organisation

  • Alternative text for images

  • Readability and clarity of website content

  • Accessibility of navigation and interactive elements

Although these improvements have been made, we recognise that accessibility is an ongoing process and that automated checks cannot identify every potential barrier.

Known Accessibility Limitations

Some elements of our website are provided through third-party Wix applications, including online shopping and checkout features.

At the time of this review, a colour contrast warning remains on the Wix Stores Thank You page, relating to automatically displayed order information.

We are continuing to review this issue to establish whether it affects the accessibility of completed order confirmations.

We cannot currently guarantee that every part of the website meets WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Accessibility of Mind Crew Resources

Mind Crew provides information and resources for schools, facilitators and parents, including training materials, questionnaires and downloadable documents.

We aim to make these resources clear, understandable and accessible wherever reasonably possible.

We recognise that individuals may have different accessibility requirements and welcome feedback about any difficulties experienced when using our materials.

Please let us know which page or resource you are having difficulty accessing and, where possible, describe the problem.

We will consider your request and aim to provide information in an alternative accessible format where reasonably possible.

Feedback and Improvements

We welcome suggestions about how we can improve the accessibility of Mind Crew.

Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, and we will continue to review our website and resources as the programme develops.
